Delivery & Processing Time

Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number through your registered email.

To avoid delays, some of your orders may be shipped separately as we will fulfill them from different warehouses.

For the delivery time, please visit each product page and find estimated time separately. You can also find individual delivery time in the cart page once the products have been added to your cart.

Due to the severe impact of COVID-19, there may be some delay and the express shipping might not be available for some orders. For more information about express shipping, please check out its availability.

On extremely rare occasions, international shipping to some countries may take up to 4-6 weeks. We would not be responsible for the delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure fastest delivery.

Duties & Customs

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges fall under the individual responsibility of the customer, and we should not be considered to share the cost. These fees vary by countries.

Standard (national post service) and express shipping providers (DHL, UPS, Fedex and EMS) notify the customer if such fees can apply. They are the sole responsibility of the customer and due upon the receipt of your package.

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for the collection of their packages within the designated time frame. Should the customer fail to collect their packages from the respective courier, Skycorp is not responsible for reissuing the shipment or refunding.

Tracking Order Status

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email about the details of your purchase and order number. After you order has been processed and fulfilled, a shipping notification email will be sent, including a tracking number and a URL link to track your order. Please allow up to 3 business days for your tracking number to commence upon receiving the initial shipping notification. If any problems in between, please contact us through email for further assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Info

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that their order(s) address are correctly registered at the time of purchase. Should an order fail to arrive because of customer address error(s), Skycorp is not responsible for reissuing and refunding for lost shipments that arise due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

 Changing Order Details

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, thus, there is a very limited  time frame to cancel or change the details of your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please cancel your order or email us within the same business day. We will try our best to make the changes before your order is shipped out. Nevertheless, please be aware that we cannot guarantee to do so once your order has been packed and dispatched.

 Order Status Delivered, but No Package

All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to your registered address, in any case that you do not receive your order, please report your local post office about the issue. Skycorp is not responsible for missing orders whenever tracking information shows your order has been delivered successfully to your registered address.
