Flash News 1:Huobi destroyed a total 4.835 milion HT
On April 15th, Huobi Global released the HT Operation Monthly Report for March 2020.
The monthly report shows that the overall transaction volume of Huobi Global (coins + contracts) in the first quarter of 2020 increased by 78% compared with the fourth quarter of 2019. In March, Huobi destroyed a total of 4.835 million HT, an increase of 14.7% from February.
In the first quarter of 2020, Huobi’s revenue destroyed 13.1063 million HT, an increase of 102.4% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2019, and an increase of 62.6% quarter-on-quarter in the fourth quarter of 2019. As of April 15th, the total circulation of HT was 23,261,114 thousand. The deflation rate of HT in circulation in March was 1.54%.
If the average number of destruction in the first quarter is the annual average, it is expected that the amount of HT income destroyed in 2020 will reach 52.425 million, and the annual circulation deflation rate will reach 16.68%.

According to CoinDesk, Medici Land Governance (MLG), a subsidiary of Overstock’s venture capital company Medici Ventures, has signed an agreement to establish a blockchain-based land registry for Carben County, Wyoming, United States.
According to the agreement, MLG’s record platform will allow the storage of mortgages, guarantee contracts and ownership, as well as the source of land ownership in this small county with a population of less than 15,000. The blockchain system will also capture and record necessary updates to land management transactions.
It is reported that this is MLG’s second initiative in Wyoming. The company signed a similar agreement with Teton County at the end of 2018. The company said that keeping such records on the blockchain can make land ownership more transparent, secure and verifiable.
